In the Magic of the Forest! Discover the itinerary with us along the Path of Expressions in Val D’Intelvi

The Path of Expressions in Val D’Intelvi is a trail that winds through a splendid forest in this valley in the Como area, on the border with Switzerland. Along the path, you can come across numerous statues and artworks created by carving tree trunks and branches, depicting fauns, elves, and forest spirits. Ideal for children, young and old alike!

We reach the village of Schignano by car and from here, the hamlet of Posa, where parking is available. We then follow the signs for the Path of Expressions and for Alpe Nava, the starting point of the trail As we ascend the path that delves into the woods, we already encounter the first artworks.

In a short time, we reach the Comana basin, where we find a small lake and the agriturismo “La Pratolina,” where we can stop for refreshments.

Before continuing along the path, our suggestion is to take a short detour to reach the Summit of Comana, a spectacular balcony overlooking Como Lake.

Returning to the Path of Expressions, we will continue along the ridge on an easy trail and path until we reach Colma di Binate.

The return takes place along the same route as the outward journey.

This excursion does not present particular technical difficulties and requires only a minimum of training.
