The described excursion leads to the top of this panoramic mountain, in the high Valle Brembana, which thanks to its privileged position offers fantastic glimpses and panoramas of the Orobie and the Prealps on one side, and the Rhaetian Alps and the Bernina on the other.<\/p>\n\n

We leave the car in the large parking lot of the hotels and ski facilities in Foppolo and walk along the grassy slopes of Montebello, climbing the ski lifts until we reach the Montebello Refuge – Salomon Terrace. <\/p>\n\n

From here, we continue on the dirt road that quickly takes us to Lake Moro, where we follow the sign indicating our destination to the right. Now the slopes become steep, and keeping to the path, we climb first among grassy slopes and then along a stretch of ridge of our mountain until we reach the summit cross and enjoy the magnificent panorama.<\/p>\n\n

The excursion requires a fair amount of physical training, but specific technical skills are not necessary, only a little attention is needed when walking the last stretch of the path that leads to the summit. <\/p>\n\n
